Putin warns Ukraine has opened ‘Pandora’s box’, rejects peace proposals

In an interview with the Russian channel Vesti, Vladimir Putin threatened Ukraine’s ‘most vulnerable’ economic sectors. He said Kyiv had opened ‘Pandora’s box’ by targeting Russia’s economy, and he rejected peace proposals as ‘strange’ and ‘unacceptable’.
